Janice is a woman who John met on a business trip to Amsterdam a few years ago.
A. a woman who John met on a business
Who is a pronoun, it refers to the noun Janice, so it acts as a subject whose verb is missing. Generally, who is followed by its verb. Here, the verb of the pronoun subject is missing.
B. a woman whom John met on a business
This is the correct choice. Whom is also a relative pronoun, but it can be preceded by a subject and a verb.
C. a woman whom John met on business
absence of "a" before business
D. a woman whom John meet on a business
Wrong tense. It should be past tense, hence the usage of "meet"- present tense is wrong.
