I only used Total GMAT Math & I believe it was quite good to develop fundamentals. Overall, I consider Jeff Sackman's sets a great compilation. But being a person in favor of online courses, I would only use Jeff's sets for practice.

I think it would be possible....that's a little under 50 questions a day, which seems reasonable to me.
