Jeremy Clementov, an escaped prison inmate spotted in northern Georgia in recent weeks, has taken to robbing local banks, thus posing a danger to public safety. To ensure the suspect's capture, the F.B.I has taken to publishing information about the suspect on its Georgia division's website. The website displays photographs of the suspect and a list of his crimes; the website also instructs visitors to report the suspect, should he be spotted.

Which of the following, if true, would provide most support for the predicition that the F.B.I's action will have its intended effect?

A) Clementov has a visible scar that makes him easy to identify.
B) The website is most often accessed from cities, but Clementov has typically robbed rural banks.
C) Most peopole who live in Georgia have an interest in maintaining public safety and ensuring that dangerous criminals are arrested.
D) Clementov is one of many criminals active in the northern part of the state of Georgia.
E) Clementov has proven adept at avoiding attempts at capture.

Hi, I am studying from Ready4Gmat and I want to share this question and see what you think. Lately, I have been doubting many of the questions in the app, since I believe the explanations are not solid enough.

If anyone has had the chance to do so, would you recommend to continue studying from Ready4Gmat? I am starting to doubt about that.
Thanks

C is the best answer here .

If information published on the website is taken with interest among people then it would help in criminal arrest

Give kudos if it helps
