My answer below is based on conversations with alumni, current students, US residents, and Canadian residents. This is just one perspective which very well could be incorrect!
The degrees do have recognition but lacks the weight to open major doors in regions outside of Canada. The US has a strong preference for graduates from its own B-schools which itself is quite a competitive market. Any opportunities to move to the US typically happens through work ex in Canada.
The Indian market prefers graduates from its own B-schools, USA, UK/Singapore, and a select few EU schools (in this order, typically)
Canadian B-schools are slowly gaining more reputation outside of the country.
