Hi,

We know there are 12 gyms . For required probability, We are looking for gym with pool+squash court.

1) all but 2 gym have a squash court..
Clearly insuff as nothing about pool..

2) each of the 9 gyms with pool has a squash court.
This means that there are 9 gyms with pool and they have squash court also..
This is what we are looking for.
Probability=9/12=3/4
