I would definitely suggest MGMAT SC and Powerscore CR to you. These are books that address the mechanics of the question and teach you how to utilize logic effectively to answer a question, instead of teaching you tips and tricks (though those are included as well). For Math, I think it might have just been a timing problem, so practice more and use an error log with a timer and monitor your weaknesses. :)
