When I choose to jump to a forum with the tool at the bottom of the page when I'm currently viewing a thread, it doesn't seem to jump anywhere.

It seems to work fine if I'm not viewing a thread and want to jump to another forum.

My apologies if this has already been discussed (didn't see a thread for it).

Not a big deal either way. This forum is too wonderful to mind!
