u1983 I'm good at Maths but not very good. Very average. I can't figure out things like complicated exponential/roots problems. Have not mugged up geometric formulae and stuff. Pretty decent in things like linear equations, percentage, profit and loss, averages and other normal stuff. But heavy things like standard deviation etc. I'm pretty far behind.

Ok... although we need to remember some stuffs ..... but ....... concept is really important .

1.To start with definitely have a through lookup ( & clear understanding of the concepts ) at GMAT CLUB math book.

2.Follow the link: https://gmatclub.com/forum/all-you-need ... 40445.html
& Ultimate GMAT Quantitative Megathread

3.Practice the questions at different levels (Recommendation: Once your accuracy is >75% at 500-level , move to 600-level. And once you reach the accuracy >75% at 600-level , move to 700-level )DS Question Directory by Topic and Difficulty & PS Question Directory by Topic and Difficulty

4. Where ever you find solutions by Bunuel , chetan2u and other prominent guys ..... understand them so well that you can explain the same to any other.

5. Finally.... If you are shooting for Q50-51........ go for the GMAT CLUB tests.

Hope this helps!!

Hi Kanakshukrey,

Honestly, it’s difficult to say whether your current prep materials will be enough for you to fully learn GMAT quant. The best thing you can do is objectively evaluate your progress so that, in the event that the prep books aren’t meeting your needs, you don’t end up overinvesting time in resources that aren’t working for you. So, after about 4 to 5 weeks, see whether you’re improving. If not, then consider changing up your study materials.

If you do decide to make a change, check out the GMAT Club reviews for the best quant courses.

You also may find it helpful to read my article about how to increase your quant score.
