It's possible that there's a glitch in the program, but I agree that those scores don't quite line up with the performance.
Have you taken either of the 2 free practice CATs available at
www.mba.com (they're the most accurate CATs on the market)?
For the sake of earning a realistic score result, it's also important to take each CAT in a fashion that is as close to 'test-like' as possible. That means that you have to take the ENTIRE CAT (including the Essay and IR sections), take it in a test-like environment, away from your home and do nothing else that would be considered unrealistic (pausing the Exam, listening to music, etc.).
