I have received a substantial amount of money from Kelley and nothing from Kenan-Flagler. My post-MBA goal is to be in i-banking with preference in NYC. The reason I'm still considering KF is that they seem to be better at finance and Kelley seems more geared toward brand mgmt, consumer goods, etc. Loved visiting both but UNC has the edge as far as location. Would I be crazy not to take the scholarship? Thoughts/opinions appreciated

Although I love both schools, I doubt that kelley will help him into IB. The school location and being not its specialty won't give you the access to opportunities. The hub of IB is in northeast..i.e. NY. So I prefer KF over Kelley as at least the location will help somehow but you need to work hard to meet the fierce competition from famous IB schools. KF could be a better starting point than Kelley.

Good luck

If you want to get into IB then Kelley really won't do much for you. UNC has close proximity to those charlotte banks and will help with placement for you
