I've an interview later this week with a Kellogg Alum. We are planing to meet in a local Starbucks after work. Should I buy my interviewer a drink? What is the proper etiquette in the interview?

I had an alumni interview at a coffee shop for another school. I arrived about 30 mins early to do read through my notes/essays/resume one last time and ordered a coffee when I got there. I didn't think about it at the time but I guess it took this question off the table for me. As far as etiquette goes, I would treat it no differently than an interview in an office setting.

My Kellogg interview wasn't in a coffee shop, but my Booth one was. We both got coffee; I offered to pay but the interviewer insisted on paying. It wasn't a big deal, and it was a nice setting for an interview. Best of luck!
