What could I tell you there is something/someone will lead you to better place? Although I don't believe much in destiny, sometimes we must believe. For me, if last year I had recieved a scholarship from Melbourne a master program, I probably cannot join MBA. Don't lose hope.
3 years ago, I wish I could have joined top 30 and it was my dream. Now, I have many choices. What I want to say here is: DON'T LOSE HOPE.

Hang in there Venky. I think I remember you saying that you realized a huge mistake in your applications to other schools and you applied to K last minutish...you'll be bigger and stronger for next year!

Thanks a lot every body
I will spend next 6 months on introspection and reapply next year

Well have applied to 9 colleges was a mistake
especially when My decion to do MBA was taken in august

I diluted my apps a lot

I did improvise my Kellogg essays a lot but i guess one month was too short a timeb to improvise significantly

Any way i have zeroied on wharton, sloan and Kellogg as my next years target

Thanks a lot

any way the admisisions process has made me a different, better and wiser as a person

Venky, that's a good attitude to have. I think when we don't get what we want, we just have to see it as a stepping stone on the way to what we DO want. You'll get there. You have learned so much in the last 6 months or so; you will be well ahead of next year's crew.

Venky, a wise person once said -- what doesnt kill you makes you stronger. Let this experience fuel the fire inside you and make you hit the applications next year with twice the force.

All of us hope to see you in at least one of the three schools you listed next year.

"What doesn't kill you makes you stronger". I have always used that for binge drinking. Oh, well !

Hey guys - great news - that I can't even fathom just happened. I got moved off the JD-MBA waitlist and have been accepted into the program.

Just unbelievable to me... but I'm proud to hit this one for the GMAT Club-ers!
