Method, thank you very much for your reply!) Do you think I need to retake GMAT to increase my chances or it can work in the way it is now?

Thank you!

I think a 690 can work, but the general consensus is 7XX is a good sign. If you're applying this Fall, it could be a good idea to retake if you're feeling like you have a higher ceiling and you're motivated to do it. I wouldn't obsess over it, it's just one of those things to do if you're feeling super compelled.

I'm not sure what your application budget is, but I would definitely reach out to Sandy, who consults a startling number of HBS applicants. He does a lot of work with internationals and knows what HBS is really looking to glean. He'd also have the best take on your GMAT. There's a lot of his reviews on poetsandquants.com, I think he's up to 21 or 22 articles now. He can help with Wharton and INSEAD, etc as well.

Do you think I need to retake GMAT?

Depends if you think there is more possible.

For starters I believe you hit the main (80%) range of all mentioned schools, so there is nothing to worry about. Save yourself the trouble and focus on essays.

Moving into consulting you also want to look at Kellogg. Check the BW ranking to see who recruits.

Good luck!

Overall decent profile. Hope you did some “big” things at work to show your impact.
For your demography, 690 is in the ball-park for top 10. That will not be a deal-breaker for you.
Concentrate on your application essays. You have a lot of unique aspects to write about – make use of all that.

I’d strongly advise you to have Fuqua, Kellogg on your list of schools.
Feel free to ping me for any specific questions.
