Cornell only requires an official GMAT score report when an offer of admission is extended. I've been admitted Round 1 and I still haven't sent them an official score report, just a PDF copy of my personal score report that GMAC e-mails you a few days after the test.

The adcoms don't actually check your GMAT score until you accept their offer. (This check is done when they do your background check)

Therefore, you have nothing to worry about as long as your self-reported score on the application is the correct score.
