Am not starting with GMAT preparation, indeed am planning to write the exam soon. And am targeting 700 on the D-day.

As regards GMAT prep RC, I was looking to get all at one place, and practise. I was looking for stuff that could help me improve on RC, my weakest area.

Hi carajatarora,

Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used so far?
3) How have you scored on EACH of your CATs/mocks (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores for EACH)?

Goals:
4) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
5) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
6) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

Hi carajatarora,

December 13th is just about 2 weeks away. Unfortunately, the goal to raise a 580 to a 700+ in such a short time period is likely too difficult to be considered realistic (that type of improvement would likely require at least another 2-3 months of consistent, guided study - and you would have to make significant improvements to how you handle BOTH the Quant and Verbal sections). Thankfully, the GMAT is a consistent, predictable Exam, so you CAN train to score at a higher level. While I understand that you want to apply to LBS soon, there's no point to 'rushing in' an application if that application is not strong enough to earn you an invite to that Program. Based on these Scores, you need to work on more than just RC to hit your Goal Score.

1) What are the exact application deadlines for LBS (and any other Schools that you are considering). What are the NEXT Rounds after the upcoming Round?
2) Going forward, how many hours do you think you can consistently study each week?

Rich,

Will all due respect, honestly 580 is not the real score, because the same was achieved after nearly 8-9 months gap of a full length test, further due to some disturbance during the test was not able to achieve the actual score. Yet will look forward to appear for the same soon.
Have honestly devoted nearly an year long of consistent studies. Need to check some correction areas and get to the target. RC no doubt needs a correction and am working on it. So am looking for some suitable advise to get the target score.
