Hi all, So I've read that LBS MiM GMAT average is about 680. My question is, is it a considerable advantage if you have a higher scire, i.e. trying to get 710-720, or is it just not worth it. in terms of effort spent? I'm currently at 670 and hopefully could bump myself into 710+ region by early December, but is there a point to it?
Thank you all for the replies!

If you have better score, your chances are very high and you will get higher percentage of scholarship.
It's always a positive and recommended to get a higher score. It keeps you safer in case you have some faults in other areas and it does make one more likely eligible for a scholarship. At the same time, you want to focus on the aspect of the application that will give you the highest ROI for your time. For example, if you spend a month and improve your GMAT by 20 points but ignore your essays, then it is not a wise investment.
Hope everyone is doing great. I am new to this forum and will be applying for LBS MIM 2020 intake. I took my GMAT yesterday and scored 700(Q50 V32). Given that i belong to a pool of Indian Engineers (although my college is highly reputed) from which LBS generally receives a lot of applications, should i attempt for a higher score or 700 should be sufficient? Briefing key points of my profile for better review: CGPA:7.94 with a minor in Finance, 6 months internship from a leading Investment Bank, co-founder of a premier college festival.
