Let N represent a real number.

(Statement1): N is not an integer.

Let’s say N is equal to $$\frac{1}{4}= 0.25$$

—> $$\sqrt{N}=\sqrt{0.25} = \frac{1}{2}= 0.5$$ (Yes)

Let’s say N is equal to $$\frac{1}{9}$$.
—> $$\sqrt{N}=\sqrt{(\frac{1}{9})}= \frac{1}{3} = 0.333...$$ (No)

Insufficient

(Statement2): N >0
Clearly insufficient

Taken together 1&2,
—>$$( \sqrt{0.25})$$= $$\frac{1}{5}$$ = 0.2 (yes)
—>$$\sqrt{(\frac{1}{9})}$$ = $$\frac{1}{3}$$= 0.333...(No)
Insufficient
