Hello all,
I am not able to decide to take my LOR from whom. Most of the top B schools required 2 LOR. I have been working in my current organization from my past 3 years and it is into academics side not corporate sector. Back to India I was working in corporate domain under my manager in 2015/2016. Hence, It has been almost 5 year old. So, do you think to get LOR from my ex employer, whom I was working at that time would be good idea. I could show him that he acted like a mentor for me. Also, I could get an 2 LOR from my current R and D domain also. But, not so many stories are there from my current work. Hence, I am not able to
decide to take second LOR from my current organization or not.
Required your guidance here !!!
As deadline are approaching soon for R1. Kindly, give me valuable suggestion to make my final decision soon for my second Recommender i.e. from my current organization(Singapore) or 2015/2016 Manager(India).

My question - what is this "academics side" that you referred to? Can you elaborate on the same?

You're ultimately asking an Admissions question, so you would likely find it beneficial to speak with an Admissions Expert about your overall profile and plans. Those Experts should be able to answer your Admissions questions and help define the specific areas of your profile that could use some improvement. There's a Forum full of those Experts here:
