Is there an exhaustive list of top universities in the world which ask only for a minimum of 2-3 years of experience? The only one's I know of are 'Indian School of Business' & 'Insead'. Any others ?

Most schools I looked at (about a dozen of the top 25 US MBA programs) will let you apply out of college, but they highly encourage at least 2 years of work experience. The only one I know that absolutely required work experience was Tuck (must have 2 years to apply). There are several students in my incoming class at Yale with 0-2 years experience, though they are certainly in the minority.

Georgetown requires 2 years minimum.
Most schools in England (Oxbridge, etc) have a 3 year minimum.
