If I'm not mistaken, the accent seems to be British. But it doesn't sound weird. You'll hear everything clearly

Yes, Accent should not be a problem because they talk at a slow pace and clearly. Just need to pay attention

Normally, they use British accent in IELTS, but they don't assess your accent, but what you can show them as task response. Good luck.

Yes it is British accent. But it is quite easy to understand the way they are talking.
But if your are having difficulty then you can give our ielts exam through AEO.

What accent is used in Listening section of IELTS. Is it British, because I generally have trouble understanding British accent. Those who have attempted IELTS, kindly help.
I need to decide between TOEFL/IELTS.

Don't decide to take the test based on the accent used in the listening section. There are important criteria to consider, check this link for info - https://gmatclub.com/forum/toefl-or-ielts-246166.html
