Deborah and Mike visit the university library at regular intervals every 3 and 4 days respectively. If both of them were in the library on Monday, what day of the week will it be when they meet in the library again?

A. Wednesday
B. Thursday
C. Friday
D. Saturday
E. Sunday

Deborah and Mike will meet in the library in $$3*4 = 12$$ days (the least common multiple of 3 and 4), on Saturday.

I took LCM of 3 & 4 => 12.
Counted it from Tuesday and the 12th day resulted in a Saturday.(my ans).

I think this is a poor-quality question and the explanation isn't clear enough, please elaborate. when we say they meet every 12 days, should we not consider the day after 12th day?
