Maastricht School of Management ??

Question

does anyone have heard of this school?

i had a thought to apply for this school since it has low tuition,
but then it seems like skewed international school, according to the information i collected, there are way too many African and Asian students than students from other continents. is that only my misunderstanding?

if any of you know anything about the environment of this school pls speak up!

and.. do you think it's worth studying there?

Dear purpleheart,
I am working at the Maastricht School of Management and would like to help you further. Indeed we have students from various African and Asian countries in all our programs. But apart from these nationalities we also have students from Europe, Latin America and North America. To give you an indication of our international focus, in our current MBA group of 86 students, more than 40 nationalities are represented. This will offer you an exciting and challenging learning experience which fully prepares you to operate in international and multicultural environment.
Regarding the city Maastricht, this is indeed in the Netherlands, more specifically in the south of the Netherlands. We call it the gateway to Europe, as within less than half an hour you can cross the border to Germany or Belgium, in 3 trainhours you are in Paris and we have several airports nearby from which you can travel inside Europe with low budget airlines.
I am not sure which program you are pursuing, but I am happy to give you more information if needed.

What is the duration for a student to find a job before a company secures a work permit?

Via this link our website you can find back all the information about our Full-time MBA program. Our 2019 MBA program will start on 30 September. The registration deadline for non-EU students is 15 July 2019 and the registration deadline for EU students is 15 September 2019.

After graduating from the full-time MBA at MSM, you may be eligible for a job-seeking year. This means you can stay in the Netherlands for 1 year in order to search for a job as a highly skilled migrant. An additional condition is that you must have sufficient money to support yourself. More information about the search year can be found in the IND publication ‘Coming to work in the Netherlands’. Here you can also find the application for a search year.
