As a general rule of thumb, it's not advisable to leave an unexplained timeline gap in your resume or application forms--even if it is just a few months in-between jobs, or even if you think the short-term stint is not worth mentioning. Unexplained timeline gaps may trigger question marks--the schools may think, "what was this person doing during this period?" which leaves them room to draw their own conclusions which you wouldn't want them to do. By presenting a complete timeline without any gaps (college onward), you avoid that risk.

I just realized I didn't fill out one of my past employments! Is this going to severely hurt my chances? I'm not sure what to do. The deadline is technically in 2 days and I haven't paid the fee yet.
