Made a Mistake on my applications... what to do?!

Hello Forum,

So I submitted my apps to a few schools today/yesterday and I didn't include a job in my employment history. It was only 3 months, so I usually just don't include it in my resume given it was early in my career and not remarkable. I was building my employment history form from my resume, so just forgot to put it in... My question is what to do now?! Maybe send in a supplemental note about it? Ask for forgiveness if they find out?

I too have a 3 month work experience which I never include anywhere. I would suggest to skip it rather than explaining the situation. They will find out the gap if they will carefully see your work timeline. I do not think it matters. It's just 3 months. For a back up, you can have a story prepared.

The general rule (for MBA or post-MBA jobs): Gap of 3 months or less is ok. More than that starts to make you look like a less genius.
I personally think ( as its only 3 months ) it's ok. During the interview, if the adcoms bring it up .... then explain.

As a general rule of thumb, it's not advisable to leave an unexplained timeline gap in your resume or application forms--even if it is just a few months in-between jobs, or even if you think the short-term stint is not worth mentioning. Unexplained timeline gaps may trigger question marks--the schools may think, "what was this person doing during this period?" which leaves them room to draw their own conclusions which you wouldn't want them to do. By presenting a complete timeline without any gaps (college onward), you avoid that risk.

I just realized I didn't fill out one of my past employments! Is this going to severely hurt my chances? I'm not sure what to do. The deadline is technically in 2 days and I haven't paid the fee yet.
