That is awesome voodoo! Was the scholarship for both years? I'm weighing things out right now, but it looks like I might be Wisconsin bound as well.

The letter only mentions the 2013-14 academic year, but I believe the vast majority of people who get merit aid have it renewed during their second year. Did your letter specifically mention both academic years?

Mine says 2013-14 as well. I'm not sure if it is renewable or not. I got an offer from another school that said that the scholarship is renewable if grades are kept above a 3.0 average, but I didn't see anything in this letter from Wisconsin.

It was $1,500. I had a little mini-heart attack after paying the deposit, but then realized that $1,500 is just a drop in the bucket compared to the next couple of years. I'm super excited though. Who else on here was admitted to CBPM?

Congratulations to everyone who made it to UW-Madison.

I am in too for the OTM program. Paid the deposit too. Won't be able to make to the On Wisconsin weekend though. See you all in August!

So happy to see these post. Congrats to people who made the leap, it's once in a life time experience.

Regarding PA scholarship, it is structured as an one year deal because there are funding considerations that differ year to year. There are plenty of 2nd years who get it as well.

Does one need to apply for that PA/scholarship for year 2 or is that automatically taken into consideration?

You need to apply for the 2nd year PA, there are different ones just like the 1st year, pretty good odds.

a little something for the future CBPMers
