You need to apply for the 2nd year PA, there are different ones just like the 1st year, pretty good odds.

Yeah, it is separate and required, the way to think about it is, it's a 10 day orientation where the program is getting meals/drinks, renting out spaces, and what ever extra cost that doesn't fall in educational purposes (it feels so long ago that I don't remember everything that happened). It's a drop in the bucket as mentioned before, and this is a great opportunity to bond with your classmates. There are many of us who asks that same question, then rationalize that hey, we're getting a 20k+ discount, every year! compared to Ross or Indiana.
