Well it looks like it comes out to be about the same price including having to pay for the online problems.
Keep in mind that in the spring (March/April)
MGMAT will come out with 5th edition of their books, so the 4th edition will lose value and will be cheaper (material quality will still be good but people will want to buy 5th edition of the
MGMAT Guides sincce it will be paired with OG 13).
So, a few things:
1. You may not be able to re-sell 4th edition for as much
2. Not really worth waiting at this time for 5th edition unless you are taking GMAT in June/July
3. The difference between 4th and 5th editions is expected to be minimal (though I may be proved wrong) and it won't be worth buying 5th edition if you have the 4th.
4. I would just probably get the 4th that is new if it is a wash - that's a safer bet unless of course 20-40 points on the GMAT are not important for you. (Remember,
MGMAT Guides are 120 and GMAT is 250 - you are saving on the wrong side of the equation)
