The 4th edition is better than the 3rd not only because it's compatible with the 11th edition of the OG, but also because the sentence correction guide is more comprehensive than the previous version.

I'm actually selling the 4th edition as well as other GMAT books and it helped me immensely to get a 700+ score on the GMAT at a discounted price. I also have OG10 which has many more problems than OG11 (1400 Qs versus 800 Qs, with some overlap). I studied from both guides and drilled myself with strictly timed practice problems.

Definitely let me know if you're interested via PM as I can ship or do a local pickup: ultimate-gmat-book-collection-90993.html.

Hi,

Thanks for choosing to go with the MGMAT books! I would agree that it's best to get the latest version of our books, but you might want to consider getting the OG12 as well. Using the conversion documents certainly ins't ideal. We have a pretty in depth analysis of the difference between the OG11 and the OG12 here: https://www.manhattangmat.com/official-guide-12.cfm which might help you decide.

(Also, just an fyi about buying books second hand: each book comes with a year's worth of access to our online question banks and CAT exams, but once that access has run out you can't renew it.)

Best,
