Is USC's placement mainly regional?

I know that they have good ties with consultancies, which is appealing, but I'm mainly interested in working in NYC. Would USC be the wrong place to go for that?

Not wrong necessarily, but there are plenty of schools that have much stronger networks on the East Coast that are of a similar competitive level.

Also, why did you choose to revive such an old thread? This would be a much better one, considering most of the posters are people currently interested in the school.
