Well, as I always recomemed, going for a niche program such as SCM is recommended only if you are sure of working in that industry in the long term and preferably have some prior experience in the field.

If you are targeting Canada, you can check out UBC'S MSCB specialized masters program. If you want to keep your options open, you can go for Ivey's MSc Management program and opt for the Global Supply Chain Management elective.

Depends upon what your future goals are :)

The UBC program is for academia/research and Ivey no longer offers that program I believe.

Hello,

I want to apply for Master of Supply Chain Management in Canada, particularly in Purchasing & Procurement. I've searched but not so many B-schools offer the program.

Can you reccommend any good and reputable program to pursue? It would be great if the locations are in British Columbia, Ontario or Québec.

TIA

Just curious, what did you end up enrolling in?

I will be matriculating the MBA program at Rotman, UoT next Fall :).

Congrats, you must have a few years of experience under your belt atleast. I am applying for the Schulich MSCM program currently, so fingers crossed. What do you plan on doing post-MBA? Still operations or something else?

Still revolve around operations but I might be exploring into consulting with the focus on supply chain.

Wish you all the best on your application :) .
