g(k) = ak+4
Statement 1: g(3) = 7 implies 3a+4 = 7, a = 1. We can find g(1)
Statement 2: g(-1) = 3 implies -3a +4 = 3, a = 1/3. We can find g(1)

Both of them are individually sufficient to get g(1). I'll go with D
