Profile evaluation request

26 year old Indian Female, Tier 1 commerce college, 9.1 GPA, 2020 batch
GMAT: 655 (will reattempt soon)
Schools: INSEAD, LBS, Oxford, Yale SOM
Work Exp: All front-end client facing roles ; 1.5 years of strategy consulting (UK/US clients) + 3 years of Investment banking (domestic clients in healthcare & pharma space)
ST goal: healthcare strategy
Questions:
1. I have been in lean teams within a boutique set-up so i don’t have leadership after my college student council/club head activities (3-4 POR’s from college)
2. I also haven’t won any awards at work apart from my promotion or any awards outside of work
3. How do i tackle very limited/non existent and brief international experience and showcase a holistic profile
1. I would highlight initiatives/plans/projects you’ve headed; your relationship with clients; also highlight any EC’s volunteer work. IF you dont have it, you can mention that you’ve been missing it and want to join [specific clubs] to contribute and make a difference
2. awards are great, but not every work place gives them - if you have awards from undergrad, use those.
3. You need to highlight your experience with the UK/US clients - leadership/advice/communication/recommendations based on market/economies... and any cross-cultural lessons you’ve learned . any international travel, include.
4. this is OK! not everyone will have it... means as a non-global brand you had to work harder to establish reputation and value!

I’m not sue I understand the question - do you mean will they expect higher GMATs - no. Will they accept less? maybe if less applicants. I think we’ll know more with how quickly some of these actions are overturned.
