Profile evaluation request from a member

28 year old Indian Female, Mumbai University, 3.8 GPA, year of Graduation in Finance 2015 (after that Masters in finance, Corporate Law certifiation and completed LLB by attending morning classes and working fulltime)
GMAT: 650 (preping for GMAT again to elevate my score)
Schools: MIT Sloan, Fuqua, Johnson, Tuck
Work Exp: I work in a World Top 5 Agrichemical Company as an Asst. Manager (one promotion) for last 4 years
1. Flagged more than 50 instances of possible violations leading to multimillion-dollar penalties by discovering weak points in the existing framework that protects the Company against violations under the Prevention of Insider Trading Regulations.
2. Initiated and drove the digitization and penetration of Prevention of Insider Trading policy to reduce violations by 95%
3.Ensured smooth transition and integration of a $30M in revenue/year Indian business of Arysta Lifescience Inc. (a USA headquartered company acquired by UPL Limited) by establishing consensus among finance, legal and HR departments for faster processing of contracts and acquiring licenses.
Questions:
1.what aspects of my profile I need to highlight in order to let the Adcoms know that I’m serious about pursuing a Leadership Role in Agribusiness, considering I work in a 6 member team and don’t have any one reporting to me
2. I haven’t won any awards at work apart from my promotion or any awards outside of work, how to navigate this considering the "Honors & Achievements" section is blank (Should I add my school/college level winings)
3. Will my age and lack of years of experience work against me, considering I spent better part after graduating getting a another degree/certifications
4. How do I navigate the "Degree Collector tag"
5. How to best highlight my interest in Agribusiness considering I do not have a strong hook story

Thanks for sharing - here are my answers to your questions:
1. What you need it share is - Why are you passionate about agribusiness and what does it have to do with your additional degrees? You need to connect the dots for the adcom to understand you and your journey. You don’t have to have a formal managerial role to be a good candidate.
2. Yes - you want to show leadership/accomplishments from other parts of your life - college and/or EC’s post-grad
3. 4 years of WE is good - the additional degrees can be beneficial if you can incorporate them into your story
4. Demonstrate why past degrees were necessary and why you still need the MBA to get to your goals
5. I think you need to figure out why you are passionate about this business and that will become your hook!

Hi! Your biggest hurdle will be why a 2nd MBA? especially since you worked before your MBA. Startup exp and Big 4 are great! So are EC’s. Keep the flexibility in your post-grad goals as consulting has been in flux and you’ve already been in consulting, so you need to make it interesting...
GMAT FE 645+ for top global programs - EU/UK/US for sure.... not sure of your GPA’s - if they were above average, upper 20% should be OK with this range... if not, aim higher to make up for it.
If you want T15 - Cornell, Tepper, Ross - need 665+ and then def 675+ for M7.

Amazing experience! You have an exciting profile and can be quite competitive with brand names across different industries. You can consider the Wharton Lauder program with a focus on global leadership/strategy; Yale is great - similar school profiles with GSB, Haas, Tuck, MIT and if you are open, INSEAD can be great! if FMCG is priority Kellogg would be a great add.
I think your profile checks the boxes and then some. Typically there isn’t much difference between R1 and R2... but this year things may be a little different with US schools because of policy fluctuations - so R1 may have less international candidates than normal.

You have interesting experience - if you want to go toward PM/tech - Cornell, Tepper, Ross, NYU... CBS, MIT are the more tech focused, all depends on GMAT - 645+ for T15 to be admissable - then higher to be competitive... and 675+ for M7 for admissable and higher to be competitive.

Hi, I would really appreciate your help on my profile.
I am 27 years old; a master’s in economics and have 4 years of work experience in Consulting. I have a CGPA of 8.63 in my master’s degree. I have done volunteer work during COVID teaching underprivileged kids for an NGO. I was part of the same NGO during my university years and had to leave when I relocated for my job. I am really interested to apply to M7, IESE, SDA Bocconi, LBS and INSEAD.
I haven’t taken the GMAT yet, how much should I target in terms of scores? In my first attempt I scored a 555. Had preparation gaps due to time constraints, which I will fill up this time around.

Additionally, I am from India.
