Writing essays that they THINK the adcom wants to hear. The adcom is looking to hear personal stories and learn what is unique about you and how you can bring that into the cohort.

What quality does adcoms value most in an applicant?
Great question! I am not certain that there is one quality. But if I had to say, it would be your POTENTIAL. They are looking for candidates that the MBA will learn from others while also teaching others. They will look at academic readiness, career experience/readiness and school fit.
