Hi,

I have more than 12 years experience in private sector as civil engineer. Pls advise is it too late to do MBA. If not please suggest which courses will be best suited?

sandhyas, while your work-ex is certainly on the higher side, some European/ UK MBA programs are open to candidates with such work-ex. Ofcourse this would depend on your overall profile e.g. professional arc, career goals, motivation, etc. These would in turn also help determine other program options.

I'm an HEC Paris MBA Alumni and during my MBA there were two people in my batch with over 15 years of work experience and in their 40s.

Long story short, it's never too late to do an MBA. What matters is your motivations, career goals and your overall profile.

Also, typically people with over 10 years of work experience can consider doing an executive MBA.
