Should a photo be included in my resume for the MBA application?

Hi everyone!
I came across a resume with a picture of the person along with the name and contact details. The resume was eye catching and looked attractive. This made me wonder if I should include a picture with my resume for the application. Would it be an advantage to do that(give me points for standing out) or get me dinged? Dilemma.

No it's weird and unprofessional. Stick to the tried and tested. A resume isn't the place to try and stand out

I agree with the other posters here. Keep the resume true to what it is. Chances are, you can use that real estate more effectively than to include a picture.

Also, a growing number of applications ask for a photo of you anyway so if you're banking on your good looks you'll still get your chance :)

I wouldn't do it. Most recruiters say it's unprofessional.
