I have the same question as you , just a few years after you had. So how did it go, did you write GMAT , have you put yourself in a top B school?

If you are OK attending a school in Europe, you have a good chance of getting admitted. They like/accept seasoned candidates. US will be tougher for a 35-year old applicant unless you are willing to head over to the EMBA land. By tougher I mean, the top 10 is probably untouchable. Top 20 is hard and Top 50 is realistic.

I definitely don't think you are too old. However, I think you might be looking at the wrong program. With that much experience, why don't you check out an executive MBA program? This will give you a much stronger network since your classmates will be people at a similar career point as yourself, versus the full time program that will have folks who are much younger and just starting in their careers.

The 1-year program is not the usual in US. There is few top schools in the US that offer 1-year program.

You can focus in Canada and Europe where it is the usual duration. Pls take FT as guidance for you.
