I have been looking at different threads trying to get information about banks, credit agencies that'd give out loans to international students at non-US schools.
I did not find a comprehensive list of such agencies so here's an attempt to create one.
Feel free to chime in!

1. Prodigy Finance
Works well for most students but note that they aren't able to offer loans to folks from a few countries, US states. See the list here.

2. Sallie Mae
They do give out loans to students attending non-US schools but they have a list of pre-approved schools. Talk to a rep to confirm that your school is on that list.

3. ?

Agencies that do NOT offer (*at the time of writing) loans to students going to non-US schools

1. Discover unless you are going to NORTHERN MARIANAS COLLEGE
2. Laurel Road
3. Citizen’s Bank

Any idea what interest rates you can get? It’s not explicitly stated on their websites.

Prodigy is about 7-8%. Unsure about Sallie Mae.
