 Lori Ossip:  Lori is a rising EC (second year) MBA student at Harvard Business School. Originally from Toronto, Canada, Lori studied economics at the University of Chicago. Prior to HBS, Lori worked in real estate asset management/investment in Toronto, and, as a “side-hustle”, performed professionally in musicals and operas. At HBS, Lori serves as Chief Admissions Ambassador on the Student Association, performs in the HBS Show, is Co-Prime Minister of the Canada Club, and is a member of the Social Enterprise and Real Estate Clubs. This summer, she is interning at the Boston Ballet.

Kathleen Dillon : Kathleen Dillon is entering her second year as a full-time MBA student at NYU's Stern School of Business. After graduating from Tulane University in 2010,she spent six years as an officer in the US Coast Guard. Following her time in the military, Kathleen worked for the New York Mets as the team's Education Coordinator,working with players to achieve their leadership and educational goals. At Stern, she is specializing in business analytics and hopes to work in data science after graduation.

Jerry Lambrinatos:  Before enrolling at SOM, I was the Director of Talent at a charter school network in my hometown of Chicago. I was responsible for recruitment and hiring; administering benefits and HR policies; and designing and implementing performance management systems. Prior to this role, I was an educational consultant at Insight Education Group and TNTP. I have also worked on staff at Teach For America. My career began as a high school science teacher in Baltimore. I earned a master's degree in education from Johns Hopkins and a bachelor's degree in chemical and biological engineering from Northwestern. My goals post-SOM: in the short-term, enter the field of management consulting for quite a while and learn as much as I possibly can; in the long-term (2030), become CEO of a for-profit company that gains attention for achieving outsized profits because of how it handles diversity, equity, and inclusion in its day-to-day. Due to Covid-19, my consulting internship was cancelled. So, I will be interning at two nutrition-oriented startups this summer. My hobbies include food, wine, TV, and travel. I also happen to be a certified personal trainer.

 Mukunth Raghavan:  Mukunth is a 1st year student at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Mukunth grew up in India and prior to Booth, he was a Vice President at Goldman Sachs in their quantitative finance practice. At Booth, he is a Career Advisor, an Admissions Fellow and the Editor-in-Chief of the Chicago Business Newspaper, amongst other things. Mukunth will be spending his summer at McKinsey Chicago as a strategy consultant. In his free time, Mukunth enjoys trivia, reading longform articles, following Twitter drama and exploring breweries.

Fiona Furlong:  Fiona is a 2021 MBA student at MIT Sloan and is currently pursuing her summer internship at Snapchat as at the Product Quality team. She is the Co-President of FinTech and Public Speaking Clubs at Sloan. Prior to Sloan, she was a Consultant at Mastercard Advisors' office of Buenos Aires, Argentina and served clients in North and South America. She started out as a Business Analyst at Ingematica, a software development firm focused on information systems, after she graduated as an Industrial Engineering at ITBA. She plays soccer and ran Boston half-marathon in 2019.

Anvit Gera:  Anvit is entering his second year as a full-time MBA student at Michigan Ross and will be spending his summer at Zillow as a Product Marketing Manager intern. Before coming to Ross, he spent 6 years working for a global restaurant aggregator called  Zomato  where he led global sales strategy for two products focussed on sustainability in the food industry. He worked with Google as a business consultant as a part of Ross’s Multidisciplinary Action project. At Ross, he leads MTrek (Ross's Travel club) and Rainmakers (Sales & Biz-dev club). Outside work, Anvit spends all his time traveling the world and exploring new cultures through the language of food.

Sneha Nagarajan:  I’m a 2020 MBA grad from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. I worked in management consulting prior to Tuck and did my summer internship at the MetLife Global Leadership Development Program, New York with their Global Strategy team. I will be joining L.E.K. Consulting, Boston full time after Tuck. Happy to answer questions around my experience recruiting for consulting and general management roles.

Dinda Dwita Puspasari:  Dinda is a consultant turned entrepreneur with 4+ years of professional experience in marketing strategy, business development, and public relations. Right after graduating from University of Indonesia, Dinda moved to Singapore and started her career in business consultancy and global trading. Realizing that it was not really her passion, Dinda then moved back to Jakarta, Indonesia to start a career as a Public Relations consultant at a Global Communications Agency handling clients from various industries, such as FMCG, banking, pharmaceutical, automotive, and government. She later co-founded a company that has grown into owning and managing 8 restaurants across Indonesia in just 3 years, and venturing into wine imports, catering services, and packaged food production. This experience has made Dinda obtained an extensive knowledge and network within Indonesia business and media landscape. Currently embarking in a journey to pursue her MBA degree in one of the top business school in Asia, Dinda also has passion towards stakeholder’s engagement and social project management, and keeps challenging herself with different leadership roles.

 Julio Cedeno:  Julio Cedeno is a 2020 MBA graduate of Harvard Business School (HBS) originally from Houston, TX. At HBS, Julio was the Co-VP of Admissions for LASO (Latino Student Organization), a Robert C. Toigo Foundation fellow, and a Management Leadership for Tomorrow (MLT) fellow. Julio will be spending the rest of the year working with Vamos Ventures and the Los Angeles Mayor’s Office prior to joining Boston Consulting Group in 2021. Prior to HBS, Julio worked for Chevron as a Facilities Engineer primarily based in Houston and Western Australia. He previously graduated from Stanford University with a BS in Electrical Engineering.

Mariel Sena:  Mariel Sena is a rising MBA2 Consortium and Forte Fellow at the University of Michigan Ross School of Business. Prior to business school, Mariel spent six years in Las Vegas and San Francisco working across strategy and operations functions in the hospitality industry. At Ross, Mariel currently serves as the VP of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as well as the Executive Creative Director of Follies. Mariel will bring her spirit of service and comedic talents to DaVita as an Associate in their Redwoods Leadership Development Program this summer and looks forward to working for a mission-led organization in marketing or general management after graduation.

Ayanna Kennedy:  Ayanna is a second-year student in the Wharton MBA Program with a focus in Marketing and Operations Management. Prior to starting business school, she pursued her Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering at North Carolina A&T State University. Upon graduation, she worked for ExxonMobil for six years in various engineering and business roles along the Gulf Coast, where she discovered her passion for diversity and inclusion work through her efforts with employee resource groups and recruiting. Ayanna is planning to pivot fulltime into diversity and inclusion work after graduating. She will be interning as a consultant this summer at Deloitte Human Capital to further her research in this area.

Daniela Bocco  has +5 years of experience in Product Strategy and Marketing, Consumer Insights, and Market Research. She started her career in Venezuela, and then worked in New York before starting her MBA at IESE Business School. While at IESE, Daniela was President of the Women in Business Club – organizing multiple initiatives such as the WIB Conference, which brings in around 400 people from across Europe. Daniela pursued her internship in Nairobi, Kenya, in a fintech start-up in the agriculture sector and will be joining Ab InBev’s Mexico City office as a full-time member of their GMBA Program.

Josh Kaplan:  Josh is an MBA candidate at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing in energy, operations, and sustainability. Prior to Tepper, he worked as a manufacturing plant engineer at Dow Chemical, where he was responsible for day to day operations of chemical reactors and logistics equipment. Josh is originally from Washington, D.C. and he did his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University in chemical engineering. At Tepper, he is on the club leadership boards of several organizations including the Energy & Cleantech Club and the Operations & General Management Club. Additionally, he is an Office Fellow in the MBA Admissions Office and a Communications Coach with the Accelerate Leadership Center. This summer, he is an intern in the strategy, marketing, and sales group at Blue Origin.

Aishwarya Ajay  is a recent MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business, with double majors in Strategy & Leadership and Marketing. She completed her undergrad in Computer Science from Purdue in 2016. She also holds an Associate Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue. An enterprising, multi-lingual extrovert - within the span of just over two years of her professional career, she has worn different hats that gave her the opportunity of leading product ideation cycles, creative branding strategies, product development & market launch cycles while also coordinating marketing operations across multiple geographies, for a mid-sized IT services company. She has also put her entrepreneurial streak to use with a startup called Arvolink, which she led as the CEO, before deciding to pursue her MBA. Known for her always-ready-to-help attitude and her time management ninja skills, she devotes a considerable amount of her time to mentoring peers and B-school aspirants, outside of her work.
