Michael Henry: Michael is a first-year MBA Candidate at Chicago Booth pursuing concentrations in Behavioral Science, Data Analytics, and Strategic Management. He is currently interning at Anheuser-Busch InBev within their International E-commerce division. Prior to Booth, he spent five years as a consultant in the cloud computing industry, where he helped enterprise-level clients solve their data, technical, and strategic business needs. Additionally, Michael spent his summer before business school as an intern in the Startup Summer Program, where he created a marketing outreach strategy and CRM evaluation for Apologue Liqueurs. Outside of Booth, Michael is an avid climber and amateur chef.

Josh Kaplan: Josh is an MBA candidate at the Tepper School of Business at Carnegie Mellon University, focusing in energy, operations, and sustainability. Prior to Tepper, he worked as a manufacturing plant engineer at Dow Chemical, where he was responsible for day to day operations of chemical reactors and logistics equipment. Josh is originally from Washington, D.C. and he did his undergraduate studies at Northwestern University in chemical engineering. At Tepper, he is on the club leadership boards of several organizations including the Energy & Cleantech Club and the Operations & General Management Club. Additionally, he is an Office Fellow in the MBA Admissions Office and a Communications Coach with the Accelerate Leadership Center. This summer, he is an intern in the strategy, marketing, and sales group at Blue Origin.

Aishwarya Ajay is a recent MBA graduate from the Indian School of Business, with double majors in Strategy & Leadership and Marketing. She completed her undergrad in Computer Science from Purdue in 2016. She also holds an Associate Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Purdue. An enterprising, multi-lingual extrovert - within the span of just over two years of her professional career, she has worn different hats that gave her the opportunity of leading product ideation cycles, creative branding strategies, product development & market launch cycles while also coordinating marketing operations across multiple geographies, for a mid-sized IT services company. She has also put her entrepreneurial streak to use with a startup called Arvolink, which she led as the CEO, before deciding to pursue her MBA. Known for her always-ready-to-help attitude and her time management ninja skills, she devotes a considerable amount of her time to mentoring peers and B-school aspirants, outside of her work.
