On the plus side the have been around for about ten years. I like their effort to bring in an outside auditor to confirm their success in placing students.
On the other hand, many of these consultancies have been around for many years. The outside auditor is a nice touch but I am not sure these success rates are all that meaningful. After all, it hinges on the definition of "success" and any sanctions that might be felt my the auditor or the audited company if it is found to be materially incorrect.
Overall, I think it is worth contacting them and giving them an opportunity to explain their services and how they differ from those of other consultants.
