Hi Everyone

I just checked my portal and it still reads "submitted" not even "reviewed" or "reviewing".

Please did anyone’s status change from submitted?

this is normal untill tonight, don’t worry. we have least say in what Adcom will do

From what I saw last time in the chat, everybody who didn’t get invite got the same mail. But all these folks updated about getting waitlisted later in Dec as well.

This is hard to take but we have to be strong for all those who didn’t receive interview invites. Now is the time to show even more interest. Try another test or take supplemental course work. Update them on additional volunteering roles. Just assess where your weakness is and try to improve. I’m in the same boat as yall but really positive. If you have other interview invites, go hard on those, a bird in hand is worth 2 in the Bush. All the best guys. Stay positive and let’s go!!

I guess it’s the same. Now is the time to show your passions and interest in the school. Speak with alums and see if they can recommend you. Go to events if you can. I attended at least 5 but still didn’t get an invite so probably means bu shortfall isn’t in the demonstrated interest portion but somewhere else, reflect and go hard on those

It may be wishful thinking but I’d encourage applicants who got waitlisted to be more hopeful. I have been seeing more aggressive approach towards WL candidates by Fuqua. Anecdotal, but I have heard/read applicants converting from Fuqua WL with good $$. Reach out to Fuqua to understand what steps can you take in this stage. If my memory serves me right, Fuqua does WL seminars. Might be worth looking into. All the best!

Can someone who got the interview invite share details of the process? Is the interviewer an adcomm, alum, or 2Y? Do you have to pick a slot online or set up a mutually convenient time with them? Have they mentioned a deadline by which you need to do the interview?
