I have written GMAT and scored 650 and in MBA.com it shows I have excellent chance of getting Melbourne business school.
So after I complete my MBA how much time will I get to get PR and citizenship

I don't mean to be a spoilsport, but currently the median GMAT score to successfully apply into MBS is around 695. It would also be an uphill battle given how you are in the final round for application for overseas candidates. Would you happen to have additional qualifications that might bolster your chance?
In theory, after graduating from a 2 years MBA course, you can apply to a big company that will sponsor your PR. Then after another 2 years, you are eligible to apply for citizenship. Of course, there will definitely be additional factors that extend this 4 years period into potentially 5-6 years, so please only take my estimation with a pinch of salt.

In theory, after completing a two-year MBA program, you can apply to a large firm to fund your public relations efforts. After another two years, you will be entitled to seek for citizenship. Of course, there will undoubtedly be other elements that stretch this 4-year span to maybe 5-6 years, so please take my estimate with a grain of salt.
