Could someone please explain why option D is incorrect? If the label is prominently shown in the ads, it weakens the conclusion of Nashville Winery.

One valid reason is that the argument is about how the bottles look physically not how they are displayed in ads

Meredith Winery: Danville Winery’s new beer was introduced to compete with our most popular beer, which is sold in a distinctive tall, black bottle. Nashville uses a similar bottle. Thus, it is likely that many customers intending to buy our beer will mistakenly buy theirs instead.

Nashville Winery: Not so. The two bottles can be readily distinguished: the label on ours, but not on theirs, is gold colored.
