Hi guys,
I'm looking at the post-experience comprehensive Master in Finance programs at LBS, Cambridge(Judge) and INSEAD.
I would like to get a feeling, what GMAT score is needed to get into these programs.
LBS (Mfin):
I couldn't find student's average GMAT scores but found the following statement at LBS's Website: "As a general guide, a GMAT score of 650 or above adds weight to an application and a GMAT above 700 will add significant weight". ==> Does somebody have an idea what score would be needed to have a good chance to get into the program? Furthermore, does somebody have an idea if there are merit-based scholarships and what score might be needed to have a chance to get one?
Cambridge(Judge) (Mfin):
According to their Website "The submission of a GMAT or GRE score is optional" ==> Does it make sense for this program to submit a GMAT score ? If so, same question as above: what score would likely be needed to get in; what score would likely be needed for merit based scholarship (if available at all)?
INSEAD (MFin):
According to Website: "... in order to be competitive, you should aim to achieve a score at or above the 75th–80th percentiles in the quantitative section of [the] test [GMAT]." ==> same question here: what score likely needed to get in; what score likely needed for merit based scholarship (if available at all)?
The number of good post-experience comprehensive Master in Finance programs unfortunately seems very limited to me (FT ranking lists 45 Pre-experience MFin programs, but only 5 post-experience MFin programs). Let me know if I missed a renowned school that offers a comprehensive post-experience MFin.
Many thanks!
