My practice scores on MGMAT CATs and on GMATPrep Softwares are as follows
GMATPrep Software (old) - 640 (Q44, V33)
GMATPrep Software (old) - 710 (Q47, V40) (I remembered answers to about 3-4 questions on Verbal)
GMATPrep Software (new) - 710 (Q46, V42) (I remembered answers to about 3-4 questions on Verbal)
MGMAT CAT 1 - 640 (Q43, V34)
MGMAT CAT 2 - 670 (Q44,V37)
MGMAT CAT 3 - 640 (Q44, V33)
1. I'm finding MGMAT CATs Quant section much tougher than the Prep software quant section. Is it the case with other guys also?
2. In MGMAT CATs Verbal section I'm finding few questions not as comparable to as the questions are of GMAT prep software.
Is MGMAT CATs Verbal section easier than the GMAT Prep software?
(Though I score bad on MGMAT Verbal section on practice tests as compared to GMAT prep software, but I made few silly mistakes on each MGMAT verbal section, also I believe because of my 3-4 repeats on software, my score is higher on verbal section)
How you would compare real GMAT Verbal to MGMAT CATs Verbal?
I have about 2 weeks to go for real test, should I continue doing MGMAT CATs or prefer GMAT prep Software?

1. MGMAT has accepted its tests are a littler harder and score lower than the real thing. This is normal. Things from the GMAC will be accurately gauge where you are (+/- 30 points)

Just make sure you exhaust the GMAT prep tests and official verbal questions before you take your test.
MGMAT verbal wording can be slightly off (it's a matter of tolerance level of the test taker's brain, really). They are more or less in the range with the GMAT prep verbal scoring.
