Dear all,
Your advice/feedback is appreciated in my choice between Michigan Ross and Cornell Johnson ($).
IntroBackground in economics, worked financial roles, successfully transitioned to supply chain operations.
European/International, not been in the US before.
GoalContinue with supply chain operations or consulting in that stream. Both are equally important.
Will pursue STEM courses in either case to be able to stay in the US at least short-term.
Ross+ Strong network/reputation in US
+ Strong in operations & consulting with on-campus recruitment
+/- Also admitted to Tauber, but not sure if will go that route if consulting is more interesting
- No scholarship, not sure about international reputation and opportunities about returning to Europe
Cornell+ Ivy League brand, higher ranked, good international reputation (feels like better prospects if not staying in US)
+ 20% scholarship is always a plus
- 30% of class go still into consulting, but limited on-campus recruiting and have to compete with other East Coast / Ivy schools, so not sure about international students' success
Appreciate your thoughts and comments.
