Identify the conclusion, premises, counterpremises by mapping the argument:
Most doctors recommend consuming alcohol only in moderation, since the excessive intake of alcohol has been linked to several diseases of the liver. Drinking alcohol is no more dangerous for the liver, however, than abstaining from alcohol entirely. Last year, more non drinkers than drinkers were diagnosed with liver failure.

Can someone pls explain to me why the first sentence is a counterpremise? The doctor himself recommends to consume alcohol in moderation (and not completely abstain from it) and the conclusion (Second sentence) also states that abstaining from alcohol ENTIRELY is no better than drinking alcohol, implying one can drink some alcohol. So pls explain.
