B is a "maybe" condition. Can't be sure.
C. From the discussion above, Most who are generous are good parents, doesn't necessarily imply that most who're good are generous. Thus false.
D. looks true, because some self centered parents are good parents, and thus good listeners.
E. is false because we don't know the relative sizes of self centered parents and generous parents.

Thus D.
