D for me
A) both of ...but also from ...
(B) both of ... and also from ...
(C) both of ... and also of ...
(D) both of ... and of ...
only d is idiomatic and parallel

No answer appeals to me. However if I were to chose then D.
Reasons:
A- Incorrect Idiom ... 'Not Only ... but also' is the correct idiom. This does not follow suit
B,C, E - Correct Idiom is Both X and Y ... In B and C ... the options have the Idiom of the form 'Both B and also C '
E - Incorrect use of Idiom 'Both X and Y'. Also it changes meaning i.e It seems to say that Parental domination has premature responsibilities which is not the case.

D - I think there is repetion and the last 'As well' or former 'Both' only one of them should exist.

However D has the least of all the problems so Answer D

well summarized, answer choices are awkwardly built -> should just ignore this question. as well is redundant in the OA. I don't think this kind of qustions appear on gmat.

Isn't 'as well' redundant in option D?

(A) both of parental domination but also from premature responsibilities.
(B) both of parental domination and also from premature responsibilities.
(C) both of parental domination and also of premature responsibilities.
(D) both of parental domination and of premature responsibilities as well.
(E) of parental domination and their premature responsibilities as well.

Explanations...

I say the question IS BAD FOR GMAT PRACTICE, and here is why I think so.
A. idiom incorrect
B. and also - redundant + idiom incorrect.
C. and also - redundant + idiom incorrect.
D. idiom correct, but the as well is redundant. as well = not only X but also Y. here, most teenagers struggle to be free not only of X, but also of Y - then why do we use the idiom both?
E. parallelism errors...

As well isnt actually needed at the end since both covers it all. However looking at other choices....D sounds better than the rest.
