Hi everybody,
I finished my GMAT today. Score = 700 (Q47 V38).
Backgound: I have an MBA (GPA: 3.84 /4.00) from the Lebanese American University along with 4 years of work experience in private equity funds, and business counseling.
Target: PhD or DBA in finance at one of the best schools.
The first time I took the GMAT, I scored 520, then I worked hard for around 4 months and managed to score above 700 in several trials during this April. I did the practice tests and averaged around 710 (Q 48 V 38), so on the real exam, I got a very close result. I am writing this thread to thank this group and its members for the help and knowledge they provided. Specifically, I would like to thank Bunuel very much.
Materials used:
- OG 12
- How to crack the GMAT (Princeton)
- Kaplan verbal workbook
- Kaplan Quantitative workbook
- GMAT Ultimate Grammar
Again, thanks a lot. I am sure the help provided by your group has contributed to the advancement of my professional career.
Best Regards,
Imad
