Hi Vivek - congrats on the invite! Wharton has provided you with the instructions - as a group, you'll be designing a 3-day retreat for your cohort at Wharton. You'll need to come prepared with your 1-minute pitch about your idea for the retreat. Regarding how you're evaluated, the Wharton moderators are looking to see how you interact naturally in groups, so no other advance prep is needed.
